The life of the Church moves with the seasons—through fasts and feasts, ordinary days and holy days. At Assumption, we gather often to mark these rhythms with joy and community.
The Bite of Greece is our largest annual celebration, held each spring, the weekend after Memorial Day. This joyful weekend brings together parishioners and neighbors for food, music, and hospitality—a vibrant expression of who we are.
In the fall, our Harvest Festival offers a more intimate gathering of fellowship, gratitude and shared joy.
Throughout the year, we offer seasonal gatherings—short opportunities to step away from the noise of daily life and return to prayer, silence, and spiritual renewal. We also host luncheons, often around major feast days or in collaboration with other local Orthodox churches. These are gentle, welcoming spaces to meet others, explore the faith, and enjoy good company. Please see our Parish Calendar for upcoming events and opportunities to join us.
