I’ve grown up in this church, and it holds so many special memories for me—seeing everyone smile and hearing loving comments about how much taller I’ve gotten. Everyone here makes me feel like I belong. That’s why every Sunday, I look forward to being with the people I love who continue to help me be a better Christian.

At Assumption, where the life of the Virgin Mary is honored, it means that just as our Holy Mother was taken up to heaven, so can the souls of mothers on earth who follow in her footsteps.
